About the role

We are looking for an Asset Integrity Engineer to help manage the mechanical integrity of process equipment, piping and pressure systems at Oil & Gas facilities. Key responsibilities

  • Support AIM programs for static equipment and piping.
  • Assess degradation mechanisms including corrosion, cracking and fatigue.
  • Contribute to inspection planning, findings review and integrity reporting.
  • Coordinate integrity actions across maintenance, operations and inspection teams.
  • Support Fitness-for-Service and remaining-life assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records and API/ASME compliance.
  • For trainees, participate in structured learning across inspection, maintenance and quality control.

Requirements

Experienced candidates

  • Hands-on asset-integrity experience in Oil & Gas, ideally refinery or major process plants.
  • Understanding of degradation mechanisms, inspection data and integrity-management principles.
  • Several years of relevant experience.
  • Based in Algeria or willing to relocate.

Trainee candidates

  • Engineering degree in mechanical, process, materials or a related discipline.
  • Clear understanding of asset integrity in an Oil & Gas context.
  • Inspection, maintenance or quality-control exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong safety instinct and judgment.
  • Eagerness to build a career in asset integrity.

What we offer

  • Structured exposure to operating-facility integrity programs.
  • Mentorship from experienced integrity and inspection professionals.
  • A clear path from trainee to Asset Integrity Engineer for strong performers.
