About the role
We are hiring an Inspection Engineer with hands-on Risk-Based Inspection experience to support integrity programs at refinery and process-plant sites. This is a technical, standards-driven role working closely with operations, reliability, NDT, corrosion and maintenance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain RBI programs for static equipment, piping and pressure systems.
- Build and update assessments in Meridium/APM, VAIL-Plant, E2G, CIRRAS or equivalent platforms.
- Apply API 580/581 methodology to prioritize inspection scope and intervals.
- Support Fitness-for-Service assessments and damage-mechanism reviews.
- Coordinate closure of inspection findings with NDT, corrosion and maintenance teams.
- Maintain reports, records and API/ASME compliance documentation.
- Provide technical input during turnarounds and shutdown planning.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing RBI programs.
- Working knowledge of relevant RBI software.
- API 580 certification required; API 570, 510, 653 or 571 is a strong advantage.
- Refinery or major process-plant Oil & Gas experience.
- Strong understanding of damage mechanisms and static-equipment integrity.
- Several years of relevant inspection or integrity-engineering experience.
- Willingness to work on site in Algeria.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
